Our Story

 

Hi my name is Kelly and I am the Director of ID Recruitment.

 

In 2002 I founded a Customer Experience and Learning and Development agency called Cheers Business Solutions (CBS).  The company was formed from a Training Needs Analysis requirement...

I wanted to evaluate customer facing staff by mystery shopping and there wasn't a company in the market that gave the verbatim I was seeking.  So I built my own.

​

Over the years CBS became the leading consulting agency in Australia and NZ with over 30 full-time in-house staff and over 70,000 mystery shoppers.  It wasn't long before customers such as Virgin Airlines; Coles; Myer; Harvey Norman, QLD Rail; Liquor Land; Subway; ANZ; Flexi Rent; Accor Hotels and ANZ (to name a few) came knocking.

After the company was sold, I continued with CX and L&D consultancy across Australia and Europe.  Company clients include Think'n Blink; Just Cuts Franchising; Target Australia; RCG Group; Autograph; Noni B Group; Supagas; TAFE NSW; Yellow Brick Road; Department of Justice; Service NSW; ANZ; Customer Science; Harbour City Ferries; Sydney Trains and Toyota Finance Australia.

Fast forward to 2020 and again it's time

to pivot - there's a gap!

To be frank I became frustrated with recruitment processes.  Managing a large Instructional Design team and scheduling for multiple projects simultaneously meant that I was time poor.  I was relying on recruitment agencies to send me quality staff at short notice. 

 

The resourcing quality just wasn't there. Nor was the ongoing support or customer service.  Why should I remain loyal?

 

I began recruiting from my personal pool of network designers who I knew produced quality work.  It wasn't long before industry were contacting me direct for referrals - so here we are!
